Scarce, signed copy of Dean Mawdsley’s The America of Eric Sloane.  If you are unfamiliar with this work, Dr. Mawdsley was likely the first serious scholar/researcher to attempt to identify as many books, articles, monographs and brochures that featured works by Eric Sloane, N.A.  It is, if you will, the “bible” of collectors of Eric Sloane.  49 pages of interesting, well researched, and documented instances of works by Sloane, complete with bibliographic references.  This one is signed, one of a small handful we’ve seen over the years.

Paperback, 1st Edition published by the Connecticut Historical Society, Hartford, Connecticut.  Interior clean and without marks, save for Dr. Mawdsley’s signature and inscription.  Exterior is clean, with some abrasions to front and rear covers.
