Description

This absolutely delightful cookie jar was made by Delano Studios of Long Island, New York, sometime in the late 1950s/early 1960s.  Eric Sloane’s illustration of “The Brook” is prominently displayed on the front.  The illustration is vibrant, while the cookie jar is an excellent condition, appearing to be unused or used very little.  No chips or cracks are evident.  There are imperfections in the glazing, but these occurred during firing at the factory and add to the charm of this piece.  Guaranteed you’ll be the only one on your block with one of these!
